Addition/Alteration to Existing Buildings

As per the National Building Regulations, if you will have to apply for addition and alteration building approval. For this, you will need to submit your plans and comply with the new building regulations. The National Building Regulations are not retroactive in their application. Moreover,you will need to ensure that the whole building complies with the new regulations that have been imposed since the building was raised.
