• Once the GIS agency completes the process, you will get a “GIS ID” on your registered mobile number and email id. Enter it in the PM-UDAY Delhi application form. In case, you do not receive this ID, call the PM Uday GIS number for help. Enter the following information in the application form:
* Owner’s details
* Property details
* Detail of the land on which property is located
* Floors for which the application is being filed

How to Check the PM UDAY Application Status Appropriately?

In order to check the PM UDAY application status, you need to follow the following steps:
• Log in to the DDA PM UDAY Portal:login
• Using the URL DDA PM UDAY Portal , open and click on the button “File Application” to get the Login Screen
• Now, login to the DDA PM UDAY Portal through the given URL: https://pmuday.ncog.gov.in/login, by using your registered mobile number with OTP confirmation
• Finally, the dashboard will appear. Click on the button, “Application Status” to view/replay the deficiencies with your supporting documents.

• If the floor is constructed more than permissible numbers
• If there is any basement in the property

• If your property is located near to hi-tension wire, water body, or any monument
• If your property is under a dispute or court case, or if it is sealed
• If the house is constructed on government land
• If the property is vacant plot on government land
