Mr. Saumye Khanna, the 26 years old successful successor and one of the principle urban planner of the firm is a professional, with numerous educational magnitudes which includes, A Diploma in Architecture, A Bachelors Degree in Architecture and A Masters Degree in Urban Planning. He is determined to provide his clients with the best in architectural, interior designing and urban planning services. As an enthusiastic and ambitious young man of 25 years of age, he is the driving force of his business. He is creative, passionate and fully dedicated to the excellence of architectural business. He has first hand experience in crafting beautiful designs in accordance with the preference of his clients. His father – Mr. Vikrant Khanna had been actively working in the trade of layout sanctions, Building Sanctions, Architectural working drawing, technical advisory for legal under the DMC act, DDA act, DLR act with the feasibility of construction projects with PMC advisories,

Master Plan policies, UBBL 2016 parameters now together with his son who actively pursued his Architecture Diploma, Degree, and Urban Planning Masters along with his practical involvement in the thirty year old family business and professional career of the company in regard to Town & Urban Planning, Architecture, Interior Designing Activities, Land Use change, Sustainability studies, Traffic studies, Population density matrix calculations for zonal development plans, Master Plan Directives, UBBL 2016 parameters, Drone surveys, DGPS/TSM surveys,PM-UDAY/Unauthorised colony Land surveys with superimposition of google plan, zonal plans, layout plans and local area plans and technical advisory for legal under the DMC act, DDA act, DLR act with the feasibility of construction projects with PMC advisory. Mr. Vikrant Khanna along with his son Saumye Khanna, are well known and acclaimed in this trade of Architecture, Interior Designing and Town Planning. They are the force behind this organization and multidimensional professional setup. During the period of thirty years, the transitionary phase to diverse with capabilities, both father and son had to move in to rough weather of all turbulences and hand holding and firm grip and groove on the trade with command in the practice with more and more result oriented projects as mentioned in the field of Architecture, Town Planning, Master Planning by making policies in DDA, assisting the framework of DDA with building activities held with MCD to bring inception of development under the Master Plan directives ad UBBL directives in Delhi.

Changed name as Saumye Trading Co. in 2003 finally the brand of Architectural Solutions 100 % launched in the year 2013.
